Hi Everyone,

We are excited and ready to see you again! Whole Body Health is officially OPEN again!

As the Premier of Ontario is starting to re-open the economy, we too, at Whole Body Health have been preparing for this day and are really looking forward to caring for you in the safest way possible. This closure has allowed us to take a fresh look at our clinic and discover new ways to improve our environment and services to you.

Safety is our number one priority and we’re inspired to offer new measures to keep you safe as you and your family return to chiropractic and wellness care.

Here is a list of changes we have made to ensure clinic safety:

SYMPTOM REVIEW:

Please review this list of symptoms and stay home if you are exhibiting signs of illness.

NEW ONLINE SCHEDULING:

  • Please schedule your chiropractic adjustments online by downloading “The Scheduling App” and register using the same name & mobile number we have for you at the office. Our office code is GMBKUL. If you have any difficulty registering please contact us and we can verify your info we have on file and help you register.
  • If you wish to schedule an appointment over the phone, call 519-753-9596 or schedule an appointment by email at frontdesk@mywholebodyhealth.com
  • Please be patient, and if we don’t answer the phone right away we will return your message as soon as possible.
E-TRANSFERS & PAYMENT OPTIONS:

  • Interac e-transfer are available for chiropractic appointments. These online options for payments will help promote physical distancing, improve sanitation and improve the efficiency in the office.
  • Please submit payment online via e-transfer to drosborn@mywholebodyhealth.com
  • If you require an in-office payment we are requesting that you choose one of our payment packages to decrease the number of contacts with the point of sales terminal.

ONLINE REQUEST STATEMENTS:

APPOINTMENT TIMES & OFFICE HOURS:

  • Specific appointment times and office hours have been set up to ensure physical distancing.
  • Out of respect for others and our physical distancing scheduling procedures, we are asking that you be on time for your appointment.
  • If you are early we ask you to wait patiently outside or in your car until your appointment time. If you have downloaded “The Scheduling App” you can check in with us on the app from your car.
  • If you are more than 5 minutes late, we ask that you call us before coming in so we can tell you whether we can still see you or whether we will have to reschedule your appointment.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING:

  • The adjusting rooms and reception area have been redesigned to accommodate this measure. We appreciate your patience in helping us all maintain these new required standards.
  • Seating in the waiting room as well as adjusting room are spread out limiting the number of patients allowed in the clinic at one time.
  • If the seating is full you may be required to wait outside in your car as there will be a limit to the number of patients in our clinic at any one time (according to the standards set by the Province).
  • We also ask that only people who have appointments scheduled or essential care-givers come into our office.
  • For the elderly or immunocompromised patients we are also offering special times to be in the office without any other patients. To request one of these times please call the office at 519-753-9596.
SANITATION MEASURES:

  • We request that upon entering and exiting the clinic to please use the hand sanitizer available.
  • Please bring your own pen for completing any paperwork.
  • Please bring as little as possible into the clinic to avoid contact surfaces.

ADJUSTING ROOMS:

  • In the adjusting rooms, we have implemented additional hygiene measures between each and every patient including sanitizing or washing hands, cleaning of tables and sanitized placement of new face paper.
  • A sanitizing spray and/or wipes will be used for disinfecting adjusting tables & adjusting instruments before and after use. Please do NOT use your own sanitizer on our tables.
  • Patients will be called into adjusting rooms one at a time.
OTHER MEASURES:

  • All magazines, toys and books have been removed to reduce contact surfaces.
  • Office washroom will be for staff use only except in emergency situations.
  • All commonly touched surfaces will be sanitized frequently including door handles, electronics, waiting room tables, chairs and floors.
  • Virtual chiropractic consultations are also available for those patients who would prefer to receive consultations at a distance or have any questions.
